  1.                        Planets
  2.      To adjust a planet's spending click on the planet piece.  The 
  3. planet's hex will expand so that you can adjust the planet's 
  4. spending.  To adjust the spending click and drag on a spending bar. 
  5. The value on the right  is the current technology level.
  6.      Planets, like ships, have their own defense systems.  The
  7. current tech levels are the planets combat values.  On the top right 
  8. you can see the status of the planet's shields.  If they are damaged 
  9. then the planet will place it's output spending into repairing the 
  10. shield, instead of "Output" you will see "Repair".
  11.      Other values  are the planet's output, the time until the output 
  12. increases and the time until the next ship will be launched.  
  13. Blockaded planets it will not be able to launch a ship and the ship 
  14. time may become a negative value.
  15.      To close the planet window simply click on the planet.
